BEAU BEAU AND ROCKY
Are 3 months old, They are mixed breed of Sannen and Toggenburg, They were both born on the farm in Feb 2025 to Dad Jean Paul and Mum Pepper.
They are very mischievious and love an adventure with dad, They mainly stay with Mum Pepper, looking for milk and cuddles.
JEAN PAUL is a Sannen Goat, He arrived on the farm in October 2023. He came with his best pal Piggy, from a lovely couple who lived in the forest in Dartmoor.
Jean Paul is the main instigator of adventures, taking his gang of pals to forage to the next field, the ridge which is full of overgrown plants.
He always comes back for cuddles, his temperament has changed massively since being castrated.
BABY NOODLES is an Angora goat, He was the first to arrive on the farm, He was bought back in April 2023, he was only 9 months old. Baby noodles is very sweet and loving, one of the most docile goats on the farm. His coat grows quickly so needs shearing twice a year.
Pepper is around 4 years old, she is a Toggenburg. Pepper arrived on the farm late October 2023 with her best mate Gina, She originally came from Occombe farm in Paignton.
Pepper has had 4 babies since living at Devere Farm, she is mum to Tink and Wilbur, and Beau beau and Rocky..
GINA is 7 years old, She is a pure bred Sannen dairy Goat.
She arrived from Occombe farm with Pepper in the October 2023.
She recently gave birth to Billy and Suzi, she is known to lactate even when she is not pregnant, due to this she gets mastitis and engorged teat so need special care and attention from the vets.
BILLY is one of the most recent new born goats on the farm. He was born with his sister suzi on Easter Sunday 2025, so is only 3 weeks old.
He has been castrated already so we wont be able to breed from him. Billy is a pure bred Sannen goat.
He is a cheeky monster for food, very loving and enjoys being fed by the bottle.
SUZI is Billies twin sister, she was born about 3 minutes after Billy, She totally cute and dainty, she loves cuddles with her owners and adventures around the farm
Again she was born on Easter Sunday 2025 and also a pure bred Sannen dairy goat, she will be able to have babies later on in life.
SPARTICUS is aBoar goat, We call him the grandaddy of the herd, Sparty came to Devere Farm after Baby noodles arrived to provide baby with a best pal, He soon took leadership and became TOP GOAT.
Sparty came from a hippy commune where he wasn't being cared for correctly, His hooves were massively overgrown and very difficult to trim as he

Sparty came from a hippy commune where he wasn't being cared for correctly, His hooves were massively overgrown and very difficult to trim as he wasn't trained well.
He is very loving, he enjoys his morning cuddles with his owner.
PIGGY was orignally called FERGUS, but due to him being such a piggy we had to change his name and it stuck. He is a Pygmy Goat who arrived at the farm in the October with his best pal Jean paul.
I have no idea how old Piggy is but assume that he is slighty older than Jean paul, so i would think hes about 3 years.
TINK was born on the farm to Mum Pepper and dad Jean Paul in May 2024.
Tink is mixed breed Sannen/ Toggenburg.
He is one year old, and best pals with baby Noodles and Toffee.
He loves spending time with his mum and the babies on the farm, showing them all how to goat.
Wilbur was Born before Tink, We thought he was a son of Gina, however his marking show that he is a mixed breed Sannen/ Toggenburg. We thought this as Gina looked like she adopted him when he was born.
Wilbur is always going off on adventures with Dad, Jean Paul, Piggy and Sparty.
Toffee was the third goat to arrive on the farm, his previous owner, sold me 4 goats as we thought it would be better to keep them together. Toffee is about 4 years old now, He is a Toggenburg and has beautiful markings. Toffee is one of the most loving goats. Always enjoys a cuddle and attention.
Founded in 2021, Devere Farm was naked land, being grazed purely by sheep for 200 years. In the 1800 and 1900's it was rented out to the Chudleigh family of Farmers. Nothing else had been on this farm in centuries.
On arriving to the land, I needed it for my horses, Pixie I bought and Rupert I rescued from what we can only describe as a call the RSPCA moment, Condemned barn with an owner who didn't care for him well, he was all skin and bone. Hoofs massively overgrown, he was going to be put down as he had 10 previous owners in 5 years, it was very very sad. Until We gave him a chance and a home for life.
We started taking in Hens and Ducks in 2022, then breeding them and selling eggs to the local neighbours.
Goats arrived in 2023 but before that we had extream storms which tore down any housing for the hens we have previously built. Having put all my funds into the building up of the farm, purely for safety for the animals and being able to house them. Being able to live around the animals daily, feed them and care for them is an absolute blessing, however costly. Last year alone cost more than 10k, 4k of that was for feed
We remain committed to our founding principles of animal welfare, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. Our farm is jointly run by the second generation of our family. My Son and Daughter who both have struggled through life living with spectrum disorders, however they love the farm, learning to care for the animals and continue to uphold our tradition of excellence.
